No FPs?

Do you're running 8.5.1 without FP1 or FP2? If it runs well I'd wait until IBM confirms support for 2008 R2 so they'll support you. Are you using DAOS? FP1/FP2/IF1 address many issues with DAOS so I'd leave that feature disabled until you're able to install the FPs/IF.
